ROUGH, founded in 2016, is a registered charitable institution under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance aiming to promote art, culture, and healthy lifestyle to the public through education and community projects. Some projects target for school kids and disadvantaged.

As a young and small NGO, Rough can be more flexible and innovative to meet the needs of the rapidly changing world.
